All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of furniture products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law or approved by management.

We encourage customers to carefully inspect product specifications, dimensions, colors, and materials before completing a purchase.


Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To help us process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order information
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery team and documented before signing delivery paperwork.

Failure to report visible damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before delivery or pickup, subject to approval.

Special orders, custom orders, and products ordered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated at the time of the request.


Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds, when applicable, may be issued for:

  • Products unavailable after purchase
  • Approved order cancellations
  • Certain manufacturer defects

Mattress Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless required by law or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Products purchased through financing providers, including Snap Finance, Koalafi, or American First Finance, remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Any approved refunds will be processed according to the financing provider’s procedures and timelines.
